All credit card information is taken upon making the first appointment, solely for the fact that if cancellation is not done within the 24 hour time period we will charge your card an inconvenience fee 50% of scheduled service(s) Cancellation done within 24 her period deposit fee will be transferred to rescheduled appointment within 4 weeks. All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). There will be a 20% mandatory gratuity upon check out.
